Forget Me Not Cafe
The Forget Me Not Cafe run by Dementia Friendly Oakwood is held monthly, in the Community Centre on the park. Our guests and carers enjoy socialising with chat, games, craft, singing, bingo and loads of laughter and cake! We are able to run the cafe thanks to support from many local businesses as well as our local community. It is free to attend but we welcome donations for refreshments. If you, or anyone you know would like to join us, please give us a call on the number below.
